Delete your account
How to delete your EarningPe account and personal data, what we delete, and what we must keep by law.
The short version
- ✓You can delete your account at any time — from the app or by email.
- ✓Withdraw any approved balance of ₹100 or more first.
- ✓We delete or anonymise your data within 30 days, except records the law requires us to keep.
- ✓Deletion is permanent. Pending leads and unpaid rewards cannot be recovered.

1Before you delete
- Withdraw your balance. Any approved balance of ₹100 or more should be withdrawn first. Pending rewards that have not been approved yet will be lost.
- Pending leads stop tracking. Leads still in review will not be credited after deletion.
- Your referral code stops working. Friends can no longer join with it.
- It's permanent. You can sign up again later, but your history and earnings won't come back.
2Option 1 — Request from the app
- 1Open EarningPe and go to Profile.
- 2Under Help, tap Email us.
- 3Send an email with the subject Delete my account, from the email address registered on your account, and include your registered mobile number.
3Option 2 — Request by email
If you no longer have the app, email support@earningpe.com from the email address registered on your account, with the subject Delete my account and your registered mobile number. We may ask you to confirm a code sent to that number.
4What happens next

5What we delete and what we keep

| Notification tokens and device data |
Data that a partner holds about a product you applied for is controlled by that partner. To delete it, contact the partner directly.
6Only want to delete some data?
You can edit your profile, remove payout methods and turn off notifications in the app at any time. For any other partial deletion request, write to support@earningpe.com. See our Privacy policy for your full rights.
