1Our commitment

We want every concern about EarningPe — a missing lead, a delayed payout, a privacy question or content you believe is unlawful — to be heard and resolved fairly. This policy is published in line with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

2Step 1 — Contact support

Most issues are fastest to fix here. Write to support@earningpe.com or use Profile → Help → Email us in the app. Include:

  • your registered mobile number;
  • the lead ID or withdrawal reference, if relevant;
  • a short description of the issue and screenshots, if helpful.

3Step 2 — Escalate to the Grievance Officer

If you are not satisfied with the response from support, or your complaint is about privacy or unlawful content, contact our Grievance Officer:

If a complaint needs information from a partner, we will keep you informed of progress. Partner decisions on lead approval are outside our control, but we will share the outcome and reason where the partner provides one.

5Other options

If you are not satisfied with our resolution of a personal data complaint, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India. For complaints about a partner's product, contact the partner and, where applicable, its regulator's grievance mechanism.
