1About these terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a legally binding agreement between you and Maxwep ("EarningPe", "we", "us"), the operator of the EarningPe app and website (the "Services"). By creating an account or using the Services, you accept these Terms, our Privacy policy, Payout policy, Referral programme terms and Fair use policy, which form part of these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2What EarningPe is

EarningPe is a referral marketplace. We list offers from third-party partners — such as banks, card issuers, lenders, insurers, brokers and app publishers — and give you a personal link to share them. When a person you refer completes the action an offer requires and the partner confirms it, we credit a reward to your EarningPe wallet.

3Eligibility

• You are at least 18 years old and competent to contract under Indian law.
• You are a resident of India with a valid Indian mobile number.
• You hold only one account. Accounts are personal and cannot be sold, transferred or shared.
• You have not previously been suspended or banned from the Services.

4Your account

• Give accurate information and keep it up to date, including your payout details.
• Keep your login secure. You are responsible for all activity on your account.
• Tell us immediately at support@earningpe.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
• We may ask you to verify your identity, PAN or payout details before releasing payments, where required by law or to prevent fraud.

5Sharing offers and earning rewards

1. 1Choose an offer and generate your personal tracking link or QR code in the app.
2. 2Share it with people you know who may genuinely benefit from the product.
3. 3The person applies directly with the partner using your link.
4. 4The partner verifies the application and reports its status to us.
5. 5If the action is approved, the reward shown on the offer is credited to your wallet.

Important conditions

• Rewards are earned only for the specific action listed on the offer (for example, card approved, account opened or first trade placed), within the tracking window shown.
• Partners decide whether a lead is valid. Their decision on approval is final, and we cannot override it.
• A lead counts only if the referred person is a new customer of that partner, used your link from start to finish, and is not you or someone using your details.
• Payout amounts, steps and timelines are shown on each offer and may change or be withdrawn at any time. The terms shown when your referred person completed the action apply.
• Rewards are promotional earnings, not salary or wages. Using the Services does not create an employment, agency or partnership relationship with us or any partner.

6How you may promote offers

You may share offers with friends, family, your community and your own social channels. You must:

• Describe products honestly, using the benefits and terms shown in the app.
• Make it clear, where relevant, that you may earn a reward if someone signs up through your link.
• Respect platform rules and anti-spam laws, and stop messaging anyone who asks you to.

You must not:

• Promise cashback, gifts, guaranteed approval or benefits that the offer does not provide.
• Pretend to be the partner, a bank official or an employee of EarningPe.
• Use paid search ads on partner brand names, misleading ads, or fake websites and social pages.
• Ask anyone for their OTP, PIN, password, card number or KYC documents, or fill applications on their behalf.
• Send bulk unsolicited messages, or share links in groups where it is not allowed.

7Wallet and withdrawals

Approved rewards are added to your EarningPe wallet. You can withdraw once your available balance reaches ₹100, to a UPI ID or bank account in your own name. Wallet balances are not deposits, carry no interest, cannot be transferred to other users and have no value outside the Services. Full details are in our Payout policy.

8Games and promotional rewards

From time to time the app may include free-to-play games, contests or bonus campaigns. These require no payment or deposit of any kind and involve no stakes. Any rewards are promotional, subject to the specific campaign rules shown in the app, and may be changed or ended at any time.

9Fees and taxes

EarningPe is free to use. We do not charge you to join, share offers or withdraw. You are responsible for any tax payable on your earnings. Where the law requires, we may deduct tax at source and ask for your PAN; deductions will be shown in your wallet history.

10Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close your account, withhold or reverse rewards, and block withdrawals if we reasonably believe you have:

• broken these Terms or the Fair use policy;
• submitted fake, self, duplicate or incentivised leads, or been reported for fraud by a partner;
• provided false information or used someone else's identity or payout account;
• misused the Services in a way that harms other users, partners or us.

Where possible we will tell you why and give you a chance to respond. You can close your account at any time — see Delete account. Approved balances above ₹100 at the time of a voluntary closure will be paid out, subject to the Payout policy.

11Intellectual property

The EarningPe name, logo, app, website and content are owned by us or our licensors. Partner names and logos belong to the respective partners. You may use them only to share offers through the Services, and must not copy, modify, reverse-engineer or create derivative works of the app.

12Third-party products and links

Offers take you to partner websites and apps that we do not control. Approval, pricing, fees, interest rates, claims, service and refunds for any product are entirely the partner's responsibility. Read the partner's terms before applying. See our Disclaimer.

13Limitation of liability

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, for loss of expected earnings, or for any act or omission of a partner. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the approved, unpaid balance in your wallet at the time of the claim.

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Services.

14Changes to the Services and these Terms

We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Services, and update these Terms. We will post updated Terms here with a new effective date and notify you of material changes in the app or by email. Continuing to use the Services after the changes take effect means you accept them.

15Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Please first raise any concern through our Grievance redressal process — most issues are resolved there. Subject to that, the courts at Kolkata, West Bengal have exclusive jurisdiction.
